The DSAA Mentorship Program connects students at Dominica State College (DSC) with experienced alumni, faculty, professionals, and community leaders committed to supporting them academically, professionally, and personally.
This is more than a mentorship program; it is a partnership designed to help students grow in confidence, develop professional skills, build valuable relationships, and explore opportunities that extend far beyond the classroom.
By participating in the program, students gain access to mentors who can provide encouragement, career insight, guidance, and real-world perspectives to help navigate both college and future career paths.
Student Eligibility Requirements
To participate in the DSAA Mentorship Program, students must:
• Be currently enrolled in a program at Dominica State College (DSC)
• Demonstrate a willingness to participate and follow DSC policies and procedures
• Commit to active participation in the program for a minimum of six (6) months
• Dedicate at least four (4) hours per month to engaging with their mentor
Program Commitment
• Minimum commitment: Six (6) months
• Minimum mentor interaction: Four (4) hours per month
• Weekly communication encouraged throughout the program
This mentorship experience is an opportunity to learn, grow, connect, and prepare for future success while building relationships that can last a lifetime.
